Background colors

Go to apple menu -> system preferences -> solid colors -> pick the most black color.

Hide Menu bars or make them black

Hide top menu bars in order to make the screen more black, or just make the menu bar more black:

In System Preferences, go to General. Check Use dark menu bar and Dock. Or Automatically hide and show the menu bar.

Black terminal

If you use a terminal. Open terminal -> Terminal -> preferences -> profiles -> pick pro, or another dark theme.
